UPDATE: 02/21/08 Did you see the new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)?
You may make contact via any of the following methods, in preferred order:
- (1) If the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page doesn't take care of you, and your question is about a Federal classaction lawsuit regarding a particular County or City, please check the Class-Actions! page to find contact info for the local team leader. Please direct your full support and communications to him or her, and start getting to know local people on the Yahoo Group for your own County or City. Thanks.
- (2) Another similar/next level of contact, if still needed, would be the members on the official classaction Yahoo Group for your own State. You may access all 50 of those State-level Yahoo Groups right here.
- (3) If there is still a need, you may contact the Leaders for your own State, but please don't bother them unless you know it's important enough. Click right here.
- (4) Lastly, for questions of a national nature, only, you may email us directly (Please, no attachments. Instead, include links to your files.):
- Send a general email to the UCRCoA support staff
- Send a specific email about the ICRC website to the ICRC Webmaster
- Send a specific email to the ICRC President
- Fax: Please request via email, stating specific reasons.
- Mail: U.S. postal mail is not presently preferred for general communications, due to the prohibitive volume processing requirements. Please request our mailing address through email or fax, stating sufficient reason(s). We will be happy to provide it for reasonable requests. Thank you for understanding.
- Telephone: the same reasons and allowances as for 'Mail' above.
- Exceptions: Each of the different level Team Leaders knows how to get in direct contact with higher or lower Team Leaders, should you believe you have an actual emergency that requires immediate attention not available above.
